1. ACCEPTANCE

By playing ChromeDino you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. ChromeDino is a skill-based arcade game with optional on-chain SOL transactions.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to participate in prize competitions and make blockchain transactions. You are responsible for complying with your local laws.

3. SOL TRANSACTIONS

Life purchases are final and non-refundable. All transactions are processed on the Solana blockchain and are irreversible. ChromeDino does not custody your funds — you interact directly with the blockchain via your own wallet.

4. PRIZE POOL

20% of competitive life purchase revenue funds the monthly prize pool. Prizes are distributed to the top 3 wallet addresses by score at month end. ChromeDino reserves the right to disqualify accounts found exploiting bugs or automating gameplay to gain unfair financial advantage.

5. DISCLAIMERS

ChromeDino is provided "as is." We make no guarantees of uptime or prize distribution timing. Cryptocurrency values fluctuate — SOL prizes are denominated in SOL, not fiat. Past prize pools are not indicative of future pools.
